Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead merchandising operations across a multi-state territory, overseeing 25–35 retail locations from central or western MA.

You will coach Area Managers and Field Supervisors, drive live goods merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and customer service while building strong store relationships. Extensive travel is required to cover the territory and achieve sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive retail, merchandising, or multi-unit operations experience.
• Experience leading multiple retail locations or geographic markets.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Experience managing labor budgets and staffing resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and Field Supervisors across a multi-state territory.
• Ensure live goods merchandising, plan-o-grams, CVP processes, inventory, and staffing.
• Drive sales growth, operational excellence, and employee development.
• Maintain relationships with store leadership, TAP providers, and merchandising teams.
• Travel extensively to 25–35 locations and manage field operations.
