• Strong customer/patient experience focus balanced with business performance.

Responsibilities

• Own overall region performance with measurable goals for sales, patient experience, and operations.
• Translate company strategy into regional action plans across markets.
• Review metrics and implement corrective actions with regional managers.
• Support market openings, expansions, acquisitions, and talent planning.
• Develop staffing, scheduling, productivity, and compliance across markets.
• Drive regional merchandising, operations, and customer service to meet EBITDA targets.
