Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains, Inc. is seeking a Regional Membership & Data Specialist to lead member recruitment, enrollment, and retention across the northern region.

You will maintain accurate records in MyClubHub, train staff on data practices, and travel between Brookings, Vermillion, Yankton, and other sites as needed to support families and programming. Responsibilities include data entry, reporting for grants, and ensuring program data aligns with BGCA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, data management, or membership coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software (e.g., MyClubHub or similar platforms) is a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites within the assigned region.
• Ability to work some evenings and potential weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention of Club members in the region.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of membership and program data in MyClubHub.
• Serve as primary contact for MCH and provide staff training on data tracking practices.
• Travel between sites for training, audits, and in-person engagement with members and families.
• Collaborate with Unit Directors to align data tracking with program goals and grant requirements.
• Generate reports for grants and BGCA requirements; conduct routine data audits.
