Job summary

The Regional Membership & Data Specialist at the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains oversees member recruitment, enrollment, and retention across the region. You will ensure accurate data in MyClubHub, train staff on data practices, and travel between sites to support programs and parent communications.

Key duties include data entry, reporting for grants, audits for data integrity, and collaboration with program staff to align tracking with goals and BGCA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, data management, or membership coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel between sites within the region and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention of Club members across the region.
• Maintain accurate member records in MyClubHub and support data tracking practices.
• Provide training and support for staff on data quality and reporting.
• Generate reports for grants and BGCA requirements; conduct data audits.
• Travel to region sites for trainings, audits, and member engagement.
