Job summary

The Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Regional Membership & Data Specialist to oversee member recruitment, enrollment, and data integrity across the northern and southern regions. This role requires travel between Brookings, Flandreau, Vermillion, and Yankton, with hybrid work and some remote capabilities.

You will manage daily data entry in MyClubHub, train staff on data practices, and prepare reports for grants while ensuring BGCA standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention of Club members in the region.
• Maintain accurate member records in MyClubHub (MCH) and support data integrity.
• Lead staff training on data tracking and reporting to meet BGCA standards.
• Generate reports for grants and organizational needs; conduct data audits.
• Travel to regional sites for training, audits, and engagement with members and families.
