Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Regional Membership & Data Specialist to oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention of members. You will ensure data accuracy in MyClubHub, support staff with data practices, and travel between sites to train teams and engage families.

You will also manage communications with families regarding enrollment, align data tracking with grant requirements, and report outcomes to support BGCA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, data management, or membership coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Travel regularly between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member recruitment, enrollment, and retention in the region.
• Maintain complete member records in MyClubHub.
• Serve as regional MyClubHub expert; train staff.
• Generate reports for grants and BGCA requirements.
• Travel to sites for training and engagement.
