Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains, Inc. seeks a Regional Membership & Data Specialist to oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention of Club members across the northern region.

You will ensure data integrity in MyClubHub and serve as the primary contact for data systems within the region. You will train staff on data practices, generate reports for grants and organizational needs, and travel between Brookings, Flandreau, Vermillion, and Yankton as part of your role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, data management, or membership coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites within the assigned region.
• Ability to work some evenings and potential weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain members across Club programs in the assigned region.
• Oversee member enrollment process including registrations, renewals, waitlists, and parent communications.
• Maintain complete and accurate member records in MyClubHub (MCH).
• Serve as resource for families and staff on membership, payments, and policies.
• Provide training and ongoing support for staff on data quality and consistency.
• Generate reports for grants and organizational needs.
