Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Regional Membership & Data Specialist to oversee member recruitment, enrollment, and data integrity across multiple sites. You will ensure accurate data in MyClubHub and train staff for consistent practices.

The role requires traveling between Brookings, Flandreau, Vermillion, and Yankton and may include some evenings or weekends. A bachelor’s degree or 2 years experience is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, data management, or membership coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software (e.g., MyClubHub) is a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites within the assigned region.
• Ability to work some evenings and potential weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention of Club members in the region.
• Maintain complete and accurate member records in MyClubHub.
• Serve as main MCH contact, provide technical support and training to staff.
• Generate reports for grants, BGCA requirements, and organizational needs.
• Conduct routine data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Travel to sites for training, audits, and family engagement.
