Job summary

BuildingReports is seeking a diligent Member Success Manager to guide service members in adopting and growing BuildingReports solutions. You’ll educate, train, and collaborate with service companies across your region, coordinating visits and events to ensure retention and expansion.

The role emphasizes proactive scheduling, travel, and strong communication with executive and field staff alike. Remote work is allowed with in-region travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with channel sales, account management, or customer success preferred.
• Experience in the fire & life safety industry is preferred.
• Experience with BuildingReports technology is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management/Customer Success in SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult members on BuildingReports technology and best practices.
• Demonstrate products in-person and online to members and customers.
• Attend regional and national trade shows and conferences.
• Introduce and demonstrate new and upgraded services.
• Be the main point of contact for Service Members within the region.
• Assist members' sales staff on calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Attend local and internal trade shows/forums and learn sessions with members.
• Maintain mailing lists and internal systems contacts.
• Provide member feedback to management.
• Understand all Service Companies in the region, in and out of network.
• Manage member conflicts.
• Provide marketing tools and assistance.
• Assist members with local, regional, and national requirements.
• Speak and demonstrate to local and regional chapters.
• Assist network members with partners for local, regional, and national accounts.
• Provide sales and reselling tools and training.
• Travel in region approximately 3 weeks per month.
