Job summary

Metro Credit Union in Massachusetts seeks a Regional Member Specialist to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences across multiple branches. You’ll build trusted relationships, support daily operations, and connect members with products to improve their financial lives.

This fully onsite role requires travel between branches, with training in Chelsea, MA. Compensation ranges from $24.04 to $30.48 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail banking or customer-facing financial services.
• Ability to travel between Metro branch locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work branch hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through everyday banking needs and transactions.
• Assist members with product recommendations and lending solutions.
• Support multiple branches with teller and operational duties.
• Handle inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Manage escalations professionally and with urgency.
• Conduct consumer loan interviews and assist through the application process.
• Collaborate with Retail teams to support branch growth.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, security, and risk-management requirements.
