Job summary

Syntegon Technology Services in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks a Regional Sales Manager to own a defined market area and drive growth through strategic initiatives, solution selling, and collaboration with a global matrix organization.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities for existing and new business while coordinating with global teams. Up to 50% travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in capital equipment sales.
• 50% Travel Domestically and Internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives for pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Prospect for and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Manage the full cycle sales process.
• Communicate the technical benefits, commercial value, and competitive advantages of solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive sales projects effectively within a matrix organization.
• Set sales goals, establish priorities, and follow through on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and customer documentation.
• Monitor market developments, customer requirements, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
