You will develop account plans, engage key stakeholders, and ensure resources are deployed to meet customer needs while upholding our standards of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Experience in MedTech or healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Assure critical enablers are used effectively (people, process, programs, tools, technology) to meet customer needs.
• Manage and coordinate demand and access resources tailored to facility needs.
• Create facility-level cost-benefit analyses for resource deployment.
• Lead a sales team to meet or exceed division forecasts and drive account plans.
• Coach reps to develop skills and career growth.
