Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Regional Sales Director for Shockwave Medical Inc., based in Lexington, KY and Nashville, TN. The role is fully remote, and you must be located in the territory. This position requires up to 50% travel if needed.

This role does not provide relocation. At Johnson & Johnson, we are developing smarter, less invasive treatments and advancing cardiovascular care. You will lead the regional sales team, align with Marketing, R&D, and the Area VP of Sales to drive growth

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record leading medical device sales teams.
• 5+ years leading and exceeding quotas.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a regional field sales team to maximize revenue.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales streams.
• Identify, develop, and implement sales plans and strategies.
• Develop revenue plans for teams to ensure growth across products.
• Coach and motivate representatives to meet and exceed objectives.
• Train teams to structure deals surpassing revenue expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for issues beyond team authority.
• Develop and test new sales strategies; disseminate product knowledge.
• Work with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and execution.
• Participate in sales meetings and quarterly business reviews.
