Responsibilities

• Build and lead a regional field sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
• Coach and train sales reps to exceed revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Remain updated on new products and industry knowledge.
