Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Regional Business Director to lead Cardiovascular and electrophysiology sales in the Arkansas and Memphis territory. You will drive regional growth, develop leaders, and align clinical and commercial teams to exceed targets.

You will manage budgets, forecast sales, and partner with education and marketing to advance the biosense Webster portfolio. Strong leadership and strategic selling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in medical device/sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales results in the US region.
• Meet/exceed regional sales and profit targets.
• Provide accurate forecasts and develop sales plans.
• Manage region budget and field operations.
• Coach and develop Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies.
