Job summary

Lumenis in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager to drive regional sales through strategic territory management, pipeline development, and account growth for our energy-based medical devices in Aesthetics and Ophthalmology.

The role requires strong accountability, 2+ years of outside B2B or capital medical device sales, a proven quota track record, Salesforce experience, and a valid driver's license; travel about 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing business and develop new market opportunities.
• Support pipeline generation and prospecting across targeted accounts.
• Maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
• Develop relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Support complex sales cycles and multi-level buying processes.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and account reviews.
• Attend industry events, training, trade shows, and company meetings.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to maximize customer engagement.
