Job summary

Lumenis is seeking a Sales Manager to drive regional sales performance through strategic territory management, pipeline development, and account growth. The role emphasizes building relationships with physicians, providers, and decision-makers while managing complex medical device sales processes.

The position requires approximately 50% travel within the territory and collaboration with District/Area Sales Managers to achieve consistent regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing business and develop new market opportunities.
• Support pipeline generation and prospecting across targeted accounts.
• Maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
• Develop relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Support complex sales cycles and multi-level buying processes.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and account reviews.
• Attend industry events, training, trade shows, and company meetings.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to maximize customer engagement.
