Qualifications

PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD credential required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience beyond the terminal degree program.
Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders.
Dedication to scientific excellence with a focus on scientific education and dialogue.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
Thorough comprehension of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines relevant to pharma.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work in a changing environment.
Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote.
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
Desire to contribute to an inclusive environment.
Experience transforming culture and business landscape.
Adherence to GMSA strategy and SOPs, GCP guidelines, and admin responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Develops professional relationships with national and regional SLs to provide access to approved medical and scientific information.
Conducts peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintains a reliable company medical contact with SLs.
Directs SL inquiries on issues outside RDC scope to appropriate resources.
Maintains current knowledge of dynamic scientific environment in the AOI for the role.
Initiates discussions with SLs and investigators to align with research strategies and trial concepts.
Enhances understanding of investigator-sponsored research objectives and goals.
Identifies barriers to patient enrollment to achieve milestones.
Recommends study sites and investigators for phase II-IV programs and conducts SIVs.
Leading protocol activities in collaboration with GCTO.
Addresses investigator questions about participation in company-sponsored studies.
Engages in scientific congresses and medical meetings for data exchange.
Gathers feedback to help the company understand medical and scientific needs.
