Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Regions Medical Lead to guide regional medical strategy, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment with patient-centered goals.

The role requires deep knowledge of health systems, education needs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient outcomes. The RML will act as the primary medical contact for key decision makers, coordinate with MSLs, and deploy resources to address regional gaps in care and evidence

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biological Sciences is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of strategic leadership experience in healthcare with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence without authority and mobilize colleagues to action.
• Understanding of health systems and patient care delivery.
• Ability to synthesize complex scientific, medical, and business issues.
• Ongoing investment in developing self and others to enable excellence.
• Strong leadership and collaboration in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to regional strategic business plan addressing regional challenges and opportunities.
• Establish and manage senior stakeholder and C-suite relationships across the region.
• Develop deep understanding of regional ecosystems and payers.
• Serve as primary medical contact for top decision makers and influencers to co-create initiatives.
• Identify regional evidence generation needs with internal stakeholders.
