Rocky Mountain Laboratories seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead up to 14 Account Managers and CSMs across Utah, Colorado, Idaho, and Nevada. The role reports to the CEO and oversees sales across molecular diagnostics, core lab, and toxicology services with ~50% travel during ramp-up.

The position offers a base salary of $120,000 per year plus an override bonus based on team sales volume, plus travel reimbursement and company credit card for approved expenses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B, outside, or field sales experience.
• 3+ years directly managing a sales team, including hiring and coaching.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/volume targets.
• Experience managing remote reps across a large territory.
• Strong CRM skills and pipeline reporting/forecasting.
• Confident presenting to physicians, practice managers, and facility leaders.
• Willingness to travel ~50% during ramp-up, then ~1 week/month.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to hit targets and grow market share.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales team members and oversee onboarding.
• Develop regional sales strategies and territory plans.
• Set monthly goals by rep/territory/type; run monthly team meetings and 1:1s.
• Ride along with reps on prospecting visits and account reviews.
• Own relationships with the region's largest accounts and seek new business.
• Track pipeline and volume in Zoho CRM and LIS; report performance to leadership.
• Coordinate phlebotomist and collector placements with leadership.
• Manage team budget, mileage, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws governing lab sales and referrals.
