Job summary

The role includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing profitability. Travel up to 70% is required; salary base ranges from $85k to $100k with a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; required.
• Three years related supervisory experience; required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare or DME operations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations and compliance.
• Develop Location Managers and drive accountability.
• Manage area-level P&L, budgets, staffing.
