Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking an experienced Location Manager to oversee daily operations at a home healthcare branch. You will manage on-site staff delivering respiratory and DME services, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration with regional leadership to meet company goals. A background in healthcare management and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management, especially in respiratory therapy or DME.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid) and credentialing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a field operations team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the location, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead and develop a team delivering respiratory and DME services at patients' homes.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners.
• Oversee inventory control, billing documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs like revenue, expenses, A/R, and service delivery metrics.
• Conduct staff training, evaluations, and succession planning.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation, including CMNs.
