Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and billing processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team delivering home healthcare services.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and partners.
• Oversee inventory, billing documents, and regulatory compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers).
• Monitor KPIs like revenue, expenses, A/R aging, and service delivery metrics.
• Provide staff training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
