Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Location Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a key location. You will manage staff, control assets, and align activities with company goals while ensuring profitability and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Experience in HME, home health, or related admin work is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical billing practices and reimbursements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure profitability and asset control.
• Train staff on products and procedures and supervise CSR activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and supervise procurement and asset control.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance rules.
• Communicate company philosophy and objectives to staff and community.
