Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking an experienced Location Manager to supervise daily home healthcare operations and lead a high-impact team. You will ensure compliant delivery of respiratory and DME services, manage patients and staff, and maintain strong referral relationships to support patient care at home.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with regional leadership to meet strategic goals while driving quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Compliance with healthcare credentialing processes when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the location on-site, ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Lead and develop a team delivering respiratory and DME services to patients at home.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners.
• Oversee inventory control, billing documentation, and regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid/private).
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, expenses, A/R aging, service delivery metrics.
• Conduct staff training, evaluations, and succession planning.
