Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional MDS Coordinator to oversee MDS data, resident medical records, and health information systems in compliance with state and federal requirements. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality of care and individualized patient-centered plans across facilities.

The role requires current MO RN or LPN licensure, regional MDS coordination experience, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications

• Current active RN or LPN MO licensure.
• Regional MDS Coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple MDS Coordinators with patient assessments to determine health status and level of care.
• Provide ongoing education to facilities and staff.
• Travel required to various facilities to support operations and training.

• Update MDS manual as necessary
• Travel required to various facilities.
