Job summary

Luxor Healthcare seeks an experienced Float MDS Coordinator to manage MDS data, resident medical records, and health information systems in compliance with Missouri state regulations and facility policies.

The role supports the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality of care, continuity of services, and individualized patient‑centered plans, with travel to multiple facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active MO RN or LPN license required.
• Experience as MDS Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist multiple MDS Coordinators with patient assessments to determine health status, level of care and changes.
• Provide ongoing education to staff and care teams.
• Update MDS manual as necessary to reflect current regulations and facility policies.
• Travel to various facilities as required.

This person is a key participant of the interdisciplinary team, assisting in ensuring quality of care, continuity of services, and individualized patient-centered plans and goals.

• Provide ongoing education.
• Update MDS manual as necessary
• Travel required to various facilities.

Qualifications

• Current active RN/ LPN MO. licensure
• MDS Coordinator experience
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and benefit guidelines
