Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or related enterprise data disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of MDM principles, governance frameworks, data stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading complex data quality initiatives across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of global MDM governance strategies, standards, and procedures.
• Partner with global teams to implement and improve governance frameworks and stewardship processes.
• Act as regional SME for master data definitions, ownership, governance practices, and system-of-record strategies.
• Ensure alignment of global and regional data definitions across ERP, CRM, MDM, and analytics platforms.
