Terracon, a leading engineering and consulting firm, seeks a Marketing & Proposals Manager to drive local marketing initiatives and craft compelling proposals. The role involves leading office-level marketing plans, coordinating with teams, and ensuring high-quality content for executive summaries, project approaches, and letters.

The candidate should excel in CRM/BI tools, content creation, and strategic messaging, while guiding interview prep, email campaigns, and public relations efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred, or related degree and 6 years experience.
• Or, in lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Strategic and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead local marketing meetings.
• Create and implement a marketing and communications plan for office, region, or division.
• Assist in managing the marketing program and collaborates with teams.
• Participate in training marketing professionals.
• Write and message complex proposals.
• Draft proposal content sections, including cover letters, executive summaries, and project approaches.
• Mastery of CRM, BI, PxT, and other marketing systems.
• Create win themes based on selection committee needs.
• Conduct market/pursuit research.
• Track media kits and public relations opportunities.
• Develop interview messages and materials and coaches interview teams.
• Develop email campaigns.
• Create social media messages.
• Write news releases.
• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects.
