Job summary

Terracon is seeking a marketing professional to lead local proposal development and craft tailored content for wins. This role focuses on creating compelling proposals, managing marketing programs with cross-team collaboration, and driving strategic communications across the office or region.

The candidate will draft executive summaries, project approaches, and cover letters while leveraging CRM, BI, and PxT to optimize pursuit outcomes and ensure quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred, or related degree with 6 years experience.
• Or, in lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Strategic and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital technology and ever-advancing communications and organizational tools.
• Strong quality control and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead local marketing meetings.
• Create and implement a marketing and communications plan for office, region, or division.
• Assist in managing the marketing program and collaborates with teams.
• Participate in training marketing professionals.
• Write and message complex proposals.
• Draft proposal content sections, including cover letters, executive summaries, and project approaches.
• Mastery of CRM, BI, PxT, and other marketing systems.
• Create win themes based on selection committee needs.
• Conduct market/pursuit research.
• Track media kits and public relations opportunities.
• Develop interview messages and materials and coaches interview teams.
• Develop email campaigns.
• Create social media messages.
• Write news releases.
