Job summary

NBBJ is seeking a collaborative, action-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across Seattle and regional practices, translating business strategy into coordinated pursuits, client development and disciplined operations.

Reporting to the Practice Marketing Director, you will lead priority pursuits, manage pipelines and elevate content and programs with a hands-on, structured approach that scales across studios.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience in architecture/design/consulting or similar B2B setting.
• Experience leading strategic proposals, pursuits or complex client-facing marketing efforts.
• Translate business strategy into organized programs, actions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Confident communicating with senior leaders and facilitating discussions.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM systems, dashboards and pipeline data.
• Ability to coach Marketing Coordinators and Specialists in a collaborative team.
• Demonstrates judgment, curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and related marketing tools (Power BI, MURAL).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Pursuits + Seattle Marketing: lead pursuits from prepositioning through proposal and debrief.
• Market, Client + Go-to-Market Activation: drive pipeline reviews and client activity planning.
• Practice Operations + Business Intelligence: coordinate forums, trackers and dashboards.
• Strategic Initiatives + Content: support new markets, geographies and case studies.
