Lennar is seeking a Regional Field Coordinator in Marketing to serve as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level. You will support local community execution, New Home Consultants, and regional initiatives with brand-aligned marketing at the community level.

You will coordinate signage, photography, and event logistics while collaborating with regional teams to ensure timely, accurate materials and smooth operations across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong organizational skills required.
• 0–2 years of marketing coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools essential.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs.
• Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity.
• Support Quick Move-In homes with signage, MLS listings, and photography.
• Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory; liaise with vendors.
• Plan on-site marketing events and assist with regional campaigns.
• Ensure flawless execution between sales, operations, and regional marketing teams.
