• Identify and develop HCP speakers to provide compliant promotional education.
• Provide refresher training to speakers on approved materials.
• Monitor speaker performance at live programs and report findings.
• Collaborate with Home Office Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams on strategy and messaging.
