Qualifications

• Multifamily marketing experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with property management software.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing programs for a portfolio of multifamily assets.
• Collaborate with national marketing to align goals and objectives.
• Manage SEO/SEM goals with regional and on-site teams.
• Create marketing budgets and monitor performance with ownership groups.
• Lead training for on-site teams on lead management and marketing tools.
• Oversee social media content, campaigns, and agency partnerships.
• Monitor website analytics and adjust strategies to improve leasing velocity.
