Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead multi-site residential communities with emphasis on financial performance, operations, and team leadership. The role requires coordinating site visits, owner reporting, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will drive leasing up, budget development, marketing strategies, and resident relations while managing staff and ensuring high standards across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required; College degree and industry certifications preferred.
• High Rise, Lease up & New construction experience required.
• CPM or CPM candidate preferred.
• 5 years minimum experience in a multi-site supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Property Management Software experience (Yardi preferred).
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the financial performance of the property.
• Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities.
• Frequently visit and inspect sites.
• Prepare owner reporting packages including Budgets/Business Plans, Marketing strategies, and Monthly Owner Reports.
• Monitor/analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and market intelligence.
• Communicate pertinent information and issues with ownership.
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge policies and government regulations including Fair Housing, EEO, ADA, OSHA.
• Recruit and retain site employees; ensure training benchmarks are met.
• Monitor Marketing plans and adjust as necessary.
• Oversee resident relations and social media objectives.
• Supervise lease-up efforts; review occupancy to meet proforma.
• Review and approve retention and renewal programs.

• Assure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, OSHA, and Plaintiff Liability
• Recruit and Retain site employees, ensure training benchmarks are met
• Monitor Marketing plans and make adjustments as necessary
• Oversee resident relations & Social Media objectives
• Supervise all aspects of the lease up efforts
• Review Leasing & occupancy activity to meet budget/ proforma expectations
• Review and approve resident retention and renewal programs
