Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive multi-market marketing, branding and digital strategy for a nationwide residential portfolio based in Dallas. You’ll lead campaigns, collaborate with regional teams, and optimize performance across online channels while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily marketing, strong communication skills, and a creative mindset. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry with a focus on marketing.
• Experience handling marketing responsibilities for a diverse portfolio of communities including new construction, lease-up, renovated and conventional.
• Experience with social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, GMB, Blogs, etc.).
• Ability to travel within assigned portfolio roughly 20–40% of the time.

• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement creative marketing solutions within budget guidelines.
• Create and maintain online content for property websites, social media, and advertising; monitor results and adjust.
