Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Regional Marketing Director to lead and execute multifamily marketing strategies across a portfolio of communities. You will partner with the national team to set goals, optimize occupancy, and manage marketing budgets while driving innovative campaigns and solid results.

You will collaborate with on-site teams, vendors, and ownership groups, using data-driven insights from GA and analytics to improve performance and leasing velocity.

Qualifications

• Multifamily marketing experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Must have previous experience with property management software.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing programs for a portfolio of multifamily assets.
• Collaborate with national marketing to align goals and objectives.
• Articulate SEO/SEM goals to regional teams and ownership groups.
• Create community marketing plans to attract target audiences and meet business objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets for individual communities.
• Monitor portfolio performance with marketing vendors and ownership groups.
• Lead development of marketing materials and present at proposals.
• Coordinate with design agencies for new development and rebrands.
• Utilize analytics (GA, website data) to optimize leasing velocity and occupancy.
• Train on-site teams in lead management and marketing software.
