Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is hiring for an Event & Program Coordinator to drive regional marketing events and virtual productions. You will handle logistics, vendor communication, and attendee experience while partnering with SDR teams to maximize attendance and post-event follow-up.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, budgeting support, and scalable ideas for a distributed marketing team. A Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years’ related experience are required.

• Execute regional marketing programs including field events, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows.
• Coordinate event logistics from venue sourcing to AV, shipping, and swag.
• Support virtual event production using platforms like Zoom for smooth attendee experience.
• Partner with SDR teams to promote events and coordinate post-event follow-up.
• Provide regular status updates on event progress to marketing and sales leadership.

About the Opportunity

Event & Program Coordination

• Help execute regional marketing programs - field events, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows - that drive awareness and generate leads.
• Coordinate event logistics from start to finish: venue sourcing, vendor communication, AV, shipping, and branded swag.
• Support virtual event production via platforms like Zoom, ensuring a smooth attendee experience.
• Partner with SDR teams to promote events, drive attendance, and coordinate timely follow-up after each program.
• Keep marketing and sales leadership informed with clear, regular status updates on event progress.

Measurement & Content

• Track campaign and event performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline influenced, ROI) and help translate data into actionable insights.
• Contribute fresh ideas for new programs and content that can scale across a distributed marketing team.
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting to keep programs on plan.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related administrative role
• A 'let's-do-this' attitude: you're energized by seeing projects through to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, concise, and professional.
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail. You love a good checklist, spreadsheet, or shared doc.
• Ability to work both collaboratively as a team player and independently when needed.
• Comfort with a fast-moving, dynamic environment - you adapt quickly and stay positive under pressure.

Pay Range

$25 - $32 per hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
