Job summary

Vaco/Highspring seeks an Event & Program Coordinator to support regional marketing programs—field events, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows.

You will manage end-to-end logistics (venues, vendors, AV, shipping, swag), collaborate with SDR teams to promote events, and provide regular status updates to leadership while tracking performance and budget. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related admin role.

About the Opportunity

Event & Program Coordination

• Help execute regional marketing programs — field events, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows — that drive awareness and generate leads.
• Coordinate event logistics from start to finish: venue sourcing, vendor communication, AV, shipping, and branded swag.
• Support virtual event production via platforms like Zoom, ensuring a smooth attendee experience.
• Partner with SDR teams to promote events, drive attendance, and coordinate timely follow-up after each program.
• Keep marketing and sales leadership informed with clear, regular status updates on event progress.

Measurement & Content

• Track campaign and event performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline influenced, ROI) and help translate data into actionable insights.
• Contribute fresh ideas for new programs and content that can scale across a distributed marketing team.
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting to keep programs on plan.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related administrative role
• A 'let's-do-this' attitude: you're energized by seeing projects through to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and professional.
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail. You love a good checklist, spreadsheet, or shared doc.
• Ability to work both collaboratively as a team player and independently when needed.
• Comfort with a fast-moving, dynamic environment — you adapt quickly and stay positive under pressure.

Pay Range

$25 - $32 per hour

This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
