Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator - Senior Living to oversee communities in the assigned region. This is a remote role but requires up to 50% travel, including overnight travel.

You will report to the Director of Marketing, drive census growth through marketing and partnerships, conduct site visits, and develop new processes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of direct senior living sales, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion).
• Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communities in the assigned region and conduct site visits.
• Report weekly and quarterly results to the Director of Marketing.
• Develop new processes and work leads to drive census growth.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.

• Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living

• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
• Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
• Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
