Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to oversee marketing for communities in a defined region. This remote role requires travel up to 50%, including overnight trips, and reports to the Director of Marketing.

The position focuses on driving census growth through strategic marketing, site visits, process development, and active lead management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion).
• Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals.

Responsabilités

Regional Marketing Coordinator - Senior Living

This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required. The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.

• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships requiredEvidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
• Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
