Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to oversee multiple communities in the region. The role is remote but requires up to 50% travel, including overnights, with reporting to the Director of Marketing.

You will visit communities, refine processes, develop leads, and drive local partnerships while focusing on growth and brand presence in senior living markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing.
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships.
• Evidence of local referral network for referrals.
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.
