Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to oversee multiple communities in the region. The role is remote but travels up to 50% with potential overnight trips, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

The ideal candidate has a passion for senior care, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and at least two years of direct sales in senior living, with strong lead generation, partnerships, and communication skills. A dynamic, team-oriented professional is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion).
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships is required.
• Evidence of a local referral network to develop referrals.
• Must be able and willing to travel; overnight travel may be required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.
