Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the connective tissue across content, campaigns, partnerships, product launches, and digital marketing. You’ll support key marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth execution, timely asset delivery, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns, from product launches to evergreen promotions.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and creative approvals across internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and social media leads to ensure cohesive rollout.
  • Maintain and update the master marketing calendar.
  • Manage campaign checklists, timelines, and weekly project status docs.
  • Prepare briefs for campaigns, influencer activations, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Assist with coordination and reporting for paid media, email, affiliate, and SMS campaigns.
  • Monitor and track affiliate performance and influencer deliverables.
  • Liaise with our creator program and marketing consultant to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
  • Gather community and customer insights from social, Reddit, and email feedback to inform future content and messaging.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or brand coordinator role (beauty or DTC preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Notion, Later, Google Suite, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience supporting TikTok creator programs or influencer campaigns.
  • Affiliate or ambassador program experience.
  • Prior work with QVC, Amazon, or retail brand teams.
