Wonder is seeking an Associate, Regional Marketing based in the Greater Boston area to drive local store marketing, partnerships, and brand growth across the region and DMV. You will develop 360 marketing campaigns, manage events, and collaborate with operations, creative, growth, and CRM teams to optimize results.

You’ll build partnerships with local businesses and organizations, coordinate events, track outcomes, and adjust strategies based on data.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in field, local store/ regional marketing or related roles.
• Strong project management to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to build community partnerships driving measurable results.
• Excellent relationships and communication with external partners.
• Experience managing campaigns and tracking performance data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local marketing plans identifying events and partnerships.
• Build relationships with businesses, schools, hospitals, hotels, and community orgs.
• Represent Wonder at events, sponsorships, pop-ups, and grand openings.
• Support store openings, regional campaigns, and brand partnerships.
• Manage field agencies, vendors, and ambassadors for events and activations.
• Own regional event calendars, inventories, and logistics for events.
• Track marketing spend and ROI across partnerships and activations.
• Coordinate marketing assets for events and campaigns.
• Execute local paid campaigns, including Meta advertising.
• Analyze performance data and share field best practices.
