Job summary

Independent Home Health in Northeastern Pennsylvania seeks a Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to expand Home Care and ID services. You will build referral partnerships, raise community awareness, coordinate admissions, and support regional growth. Travel across Northeastern PA is required.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage outreach, track referrals, and work with hospitals, case managers, and waiver programs to ensure smooth client transitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing and outreach strategies to increase referrals for Home Care and ID services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, waiver programs, and other partners.
• Represent the organization at community events, job fairs, networking meetings, and industry functions.
• Promote services and strengthen brand awareness throughout the assigned region.
• Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and performance metrics; provide regular updates to leadership.
