Qualifications

• Home care marketing experience in Pennsylvania (required).
• Ability to build referral relationships and generate new business.
• Confident, charismatic, and driven to take initiative.
• Passion for helping families receive quality care.
• Willingness to travel within Central Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral networks with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and senior communities.
• Represent It's Your Home Care in target markets and build trust.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase patient referrals and market share.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute local marketing plans.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
