Job summary

Independent-Home-Health in Pennsylvania seeks a Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to expand Home Care and ID services in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The role focuses on developing referral partnerships, increasing community awareness, coordinating client admissions, and supporting regional growth initiatives.

The candidate will travel regionally, meet with hospitals and families, explain services, and facilitate smooth transitions from referral to service initiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing and outreach strategies to increase referrals for Home Care and ID services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, waiver programs, and other referral partners.
• Represent the organization at community events, job fairs, networking meetings, and industry functions.
• Promote organizational services and strengthen brand awareness in the assigned region.
• Identify new referral opportunities and community partnerships to support growth.
• Travel regularly throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania to conduct outreach and support regional initiatives.
• Track referral activity and outreach metrics, maintaining records of marketing activities and admissions progress.
