Job summary

Responsibilities include developing relationships with healthcare professionals, traveling as needed, and executing marketing strategies with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant healthcare or related field experience.
• Experience in the senior care industry preferred.
• Ability to travel to facilities and work in the field.
• Knowledge of admissions/discharge processes in long-term care facilities.
• Experience with NaviHealth referral management; familiarity with Medicare and MaineCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve referral goals through targeted marketing with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations in Maine.
• Create community engagement initiatives to elevate the brand.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and able to work independently.
• Organize tasks to meet deadlines and execute marketing strategies.
• Present professionally and attend events as required.
