Job summary

The role requires field travel, strategic marketing execution, and excellent communication. Healthcare or related background with senior care experience is preferred; NaviHealth and Medicare/MaineCare knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

Regional Director of Marketing and Admissions

Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to serve as the Regional Director of Marketing & Admissions for a chain of Skilled Nursing Homes in Maine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing external referral relationships, establishing new relationships, and creating community engagement initiatives to elevate our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned referral goals by completing all phases of marketing strategies with targeted healthcare professionals at multiple levels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Maine area, including hospitals and healthcare organizations
• Create and curate community engagement initiatives to elevate our brand among the community
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and work independently
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to attend occasional events as required

Requirements:

• Relevant and equivalent work experience in healthcare or a related field
• Related business experience, preferably in the senior care industry
• Ability to work in the field and travel occasionally
• Knowledge of the admissions/discharge process with respect to long-term care facilities
• Experience with NaviHealth referral management and familiarity with Medicare & MaineCare is preferred
